Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free exchanges within 14 days of purchase of full priced items. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • If you received free postage with your purchase and are returning an item, then a £5 charge will be deducted from your purchase to cover the original postage charge of the item(s).

To initiate a return, please post the item(s) to:

To initiate an exchange or request store credit;:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to exchange.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you want the product replaced in perhaps a different size to the one you ordered, you can request this in the email and we'll post out the replacement product once the original purchase has been returned and passes inspection for visible signs of wear or use.

If you want store credit for your returned product, you can request this in the email and we'll email you an e-gift voucher once the original purchase has been returned and passes inspection for visible signs of wear or use.

Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay?

We offer free shipping on exchanges.  However, in a scenario where we believe this is being abused by a person with various products ordered in different sizes or if an item is on sale then  (e.g 3 or more of a product in different sizes) charges may apply.  If a refund is requested, the return postage must be paid by the customer. 

How do MJ's Menswear handle lost or damaged returns?

MJ's Menswear will use verified Carriers (DPD UK, Royal Mail or Evri) and email you a tracking number so that you can see when the product arrived.
